Biography
Dr. David Cipra completed his B.A., M.S., and Ph.D. degrees at the University of Wisconsin. Key subjects of study include Statistics, Safety and Health, and Information Technology. Professionally, Dr. Cipra gained a great deal of leadership experience working for the State of Wisconsin at the Department of Transportation. Additionally, Dr. Cipra has conducted research on the theological implications of American Indians and unemployment clusters in Wisconsin.
