Biography
Dr. Leah Barley is an experienced educator and leader in both traditional and virtual settings. She is innovative, flexible, and influential within her community, practice and state. She has high expectations for herself and is intrinsically motivated to perform. Dr. Barley has a great passion for continuous improvement as well as the desire to utilize her knowledge and experience to build capacity in others.
